
Rosen leads the development and visioning of ASU's innovation and entrepreneurial strategies and activities, including the direction and advancement of SkySong, the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center, an international business portal that includes over 25 companies from 11 countries. She oversees a number of university-wide entrepreneurial initiatives including ASU Technopolis ( global and local technology entrepreneurship), the Edson Student Entrepreneur Initiative (student ventures) and the Sun Devil Entrepreneurship Network (student-community connections). She also regularly works with global partners including Tec de Monterrey and Dublin City University on a variety of entrepreneurial and innovation efforts.
Rosen previously was Manager of Business Development for ASU's technology transfer office, where she launched several new technology transfer initiatives including a "proof-of-concept" investment fund, entrepreneurial education for faculty, investor relations, assistance to startup companies, and community outreach and alliance-building.
Prior to ASU, Rosen led business development efforts for an Arizona-based venture capital firm and directed the technology-based economic development practice of the City of Tempe, Arizona.
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese, Rosen holds a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Master of Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. She is a member of the Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center, Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations, Arizona Technology Council and the Greater Phoenix Economic Council.
